Hafiz Najafli

Mr. Hafiz Najafli a lawyer at "M and Partners hüquq firması" LLC (eng. "M&Partners Law Firm". He graduated from the Baku State University, majoring in jurisprudence. Key areas of specialization for Mr. Najafli are banking law, legal issues on repayment of problem loans, drafting and analysis of various treaties and agreements, property law, family law, resolution of conflict legal situations, representation in litigation, etc. He freely speaks in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.

Jabbar Hasanov

Mr. Jabbar Hasanov is a partner of "M and Partners hüquq firması" LLC (eng. "M&Partners Law Firm"). He’s a specialist with priceless knowledge accumulated in the fields of criminal, administrative, corporate, contractual and family law. He fluently speaks in Azerbaijani and Russian languages. Mr. Hasanov has participated in numerous trainings and seminars; he also wields an official status of trainer in the framework of the European Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

Since 2012, he has been a member of the Board of Advocates of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
